Cancellation Policy

• Should any dance be cancelled by Southern Rhapsody Dance Society for any reason a full refund of monies paid will be given.
• If a “Reservation” is cancelled by the participant 30 days or more previous to the dance date, we will refund the amount paid less a $25 processing fee.
• If a “Reservation” is cancelled by the participant 29 days or less from the dance date, we will apply the amount paid to any future dance.
• ONLY EXCEPTION: Cancellation due to a Death in the immediate family.(spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, son or daughter)
• Reservations are “Transferable”.
